Refund policy

Each crystal quartz vase is handmade to order, making every piece unique.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
• Because each vase is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or minor natural variations in color, crystal placement, texture, or pattern.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.
